A new BoyBand is coming, as Riot has teased all the skins coming in Patch 13.22.
Over the course of the past few years, Riot has incorporated music into a lot of their skin releases in League of Legends. It first started with Popstar Ahri and DJ Sona. This expanded to other skin themes that also had music accompanied with them.
The first one was the K/DA release, which gave us some great skins for Ahri, Akali, Kai’Sa, Evelynn, and, later on, Seraphine. There was also the K/DA ALL OUT variation as well. Both lines represent KPOP and how popular it has become in the world.
Then came True Damage, a DJ band with skins for Yasuo, Ekko, Qiyana, and such. This one gained quite a bit of popularity as well, with some really good skins in there.
Lastly, there were the Pentakill variations with the normal and the Pentakill III versions. This featured skins for Karthus, Kayle, Yorick, Mordekaiser, Sona, Viego, etc. The skin line appealed to all the hardcore music fans. Also, this is the only one that features albums of music as opposed to singular tracks.
With that said, there were rumors of a BoyBand skin, with Kayn getting the Legendary skin. This has now been teased by Riot with potentially all the skins listed out at this point. Here is all we know so far.

The BoyBand Skins
As pointed out by many on Twitter, SkinSpotlights confirmed the potential skins coming in this one.
Also, the name of the skin line is unknown, so we will proceed with the list of champions that will receive skins as per what we know thus far.
- Kayn (Legendary skin)
- Yone (regular + prestige version)
- Aphelios
- Ezreal
- K’Sante
- Sett
Kayn will get the Legendary skin, while Yone will get his Prestige version. Also, it is a pretty standard list, barring K’Sante and Sett. So, we will be getting 7 skins in this skin line.
Will There Be Music With The Skin Line
It is expected that there will be some music released with the skin line. Now, it is even more likely, considering Riot Games Music is teasing that as well.
So we might be expecting one or more tracks that are released from Riot Games Music.
BoyBand Skins Release Date
With this skin line having a Prestige skin, we are expecting this to come in Patch 13.22. This will be part of the Worlds 2023 Event Pass, so people can expect to get these skins during the event. Hence, the skins will be released on November 8, 2023.
