Take Harley to Mastery Level 10 to unlock this signature perk.
Harley’s ground and airside specials become dodges. That will give her brief invincibility at the beginning of the attack.
Fancy Footwork
Take Harley to Mastery Level 13 to unlock this utility perk.
This perk will increase your team’s overall dodge distance by 5%. Moreover, for Stacked, the distance increases by 10%.
Slippery Customer
Take Harley to Mastery Level 7 to unlock this defensive perk.
Quinn’s team will have a 10% increase in the dodge invulnerability window. And for Stacked, the invulnerability window increases by 10%.
Hit’ Em While They’re Down
For the last perk, Harley can unlock this offensive perk by reaching Mastery Level 11.
