Garnet is always on the lookout for danger. She is known to be the most stable fusion on planet Earth. Well, defending and hiding need some stability, after all. Her fusion is of two gems, Ruby and Sapphire. Well, of course, only these two don’t define her to the fullest.

Garnet can blend significant damage with an additional buff as her character is a bruiser and a horizontal one. Her unique moveset strongly requires a good build for her. Her strong Rhythm requires her to dominate the ground in a battle. So, to have ultimate success while playing Garnet, you need to know her attacks and the best perks in MultiVersus.

Best Skill Moves of Garnet in MultiVersus

Attacks

NeutralGauntlet Strike
Garnet charges a heavy forward punch. The longer she charges, the further she moves.
Starburst
Garnet charges and then shoots her limbs out in a star shape.
SideCrystal Combo
A combo of punches. The last attack can either be directed up for a quick uppercut, down for a spinning multi-punch or forward for a slow armoured slam.
Flying Combo
Garnet does a combo of solid forward punches.
UpDouble Jab
Garnet charges two upward jabs. After a full charge, Garnet will deliver an extra two-handed thrust and shoot into the air.
Jumping Jabber
Garnet quickly punches upward twice.
DownShocking Slam
Garnet charges a shockwave projectile that travels across the ground and applies a shock to enemies.
Meteor Punch
Garnet launches downward and charges a meteor punch. She will slam into the ground and knock enemies upward if she lands.

NeutralStronger Than You
Garnet creates a singing barrier that applies stop to overlapping enemy projectiles. Stopped projectiles are reflected when hit. Singing will also grant allies stacks of Rhythm. Rhythm gives a speed boost with 1 Stack and Armor Break to melee attacks with 2 Stacks.
SAME
SideRocket Fist!
Garnet fires her gauntlets as a projectile that can be aimed with input. On cooldown, she does a shoulder charge.
Rocket Fist!
Similar to ground, but Garnet’s gauntlets don’t travel as far.
UpSpark of Love
Garnet can charge and aim an electric bolt projectile upward. The bolt will leave an electrical power zone where it lands, applying electrified to overlapping allies and shocked enemies. When the zone expires, it will knockback overlapping enemies and give overlapping allies an even more robust version of electrified, increasing melee damage. On cooldown, Garnet will do a solid overhead clap.
Flying Crossarm
Garnet shoots upward and hits enemies, then extends her fists outward, knocking enemies at an upward angle.
DownGEM DASH
Garnet places a marker. Press input again to dash to it and grab an enemy along the way, throwing them back upon arriving. The marker will attach to allies who touch it. If Garnet dashes to her partner, she will cancel their hit stun and knockback and refresh their air options. Cooldown applies.

  • Perk 1: Percussive Punch Power
  • Perk 2: Speed Force Assist
  • Perk 3: Static Electricity

Electric Groove

Take Garnet to Mastery Level 8 to unlock this signature perk.

Applying electric debuffs to enemies as Garnet or her ally grants Garnet’s sing buff stacks.

Percussive Punch Power

Take Garnet to Mastery Level 2 to unlock this offensive perk.

Known initially as Horizontal Damage Boost, this perk will increase your team’s overall damage by 5% on attacks that knock back enemies horizontally. Moreover, for Stacked, the damage increases by 15%.

Speed Force Assist

Take Garnet to Mastery Level 12 to unlock this offensive perk.

Garnet’s team will have a 4% increased base movement speed. And for Stacked, it will increase by 8%.

Static Electricity

For the last perk, Garnet can unlock this offensive perk by reaching Mastery Level 13.

Known initially as Electric Projectile, this perk can be used to shock your foes. When your allies move on the ground for 4 seconds, their next projectile applies a shock to your competitors. However, the timer will restart if you leave the ground even for a moment.

For Stacked, the effect will be applied for 2 seconds if your ally also selects the same perk.
