The Looney Toon icon had to be in the MultiVersus. As you can already guess, he ranks in the top in the fav characters list. Being a Mage fighter, Bugs’ perks are quite a bit different that the other ones.

Bugs uses different projectiles that can range from to mid to high. As he is a Mage, one, better you keep a safe distance from those brawlers. With these traits focused, there are perks that can develop his attributes to another level.

CHARGE a forward kick.
UpRabbit Kick
CHARGE an upward kick.
Swing Batta Batta!
Bugs Bunny delivers an upward baseball bat swing.
DownPie Barrage!
With pie equipped, press input again to throw pie PROJECTILE. The pie HEALS allies it passes through and applies SLOW to enemies it hits. Bugs Bunny can throw multiple pies until he runs out of AMMO.
Look Out Below!
Throws a pie PROJECTILE if equipped; otherwise, he does a downward mallet swing.

Bugs Bunny drops a target for a safe PROJECTILE to fall a few seconds later. The safe can be hit, hurtling it into enemies. When destroyed, the safe breaks and drops an ITEMCOOLDOWN applies
Safe Painter
Similar to ground, except Bugs Bunny paints the safe into reality, spawning it sooner.
SideAin’t I A Charmer?
Bugs Bunny blows a kiss that applies CHARMED to enemies, stunning them. Kissing an ally ENRAGES them, making their next attack apply maximum STACKS of WEAKENED.
Rocket Rider
Similar to the ground, except the rocket moves forward and can be ridden by Bugs Bunny and his ally as a platform. This move shares COOLDOWN with Grounded Up Special.
UpBunny Burrow
Bugs Bunny burrows and is INVULNERABLE as he moves underground. Soon after, he shoots up and attacks, leaving tunnels where he started and ended burrowing. Bugs can exit the tunnel early by jumping. Allies that crouch over a tunnel will teleport to the partnered tunnel. COOLDOWN applies.
Bun On the Run
Similar to ground, but Bugs Bunny will dive towards the ground before starting to burrow.
DownSpecial Delive-Rocket
Bugs Bunny launches a rocket PROJECTILE upward with a COOLDOWN. The rocket will fall back to the arena later. Allies can grab onto the rocket as a wall. On COOLDOWN, Bugs will use his ears to helicopter upward.
SAME

Passives

Dynamite, Doc?: Get in crouching mode. Bugs will pull out a box that will spawn random items like Moon Knight throws random… never mind. Bugs Bunny will launch the item to his nearby ally. Cooldown applies as well.

Lingering Love

Take Bugs to Mastery Level 10 to unlock this signature perk.

Bugs will leave a kiss for his foes. And this kiss is no ordinary kiss. It creates a floating heart that will charm the foes who run into it. However, charm’s duration is limited. Moreover, the floating heart projectile has a cooldown.

Coffeezilla

Take Bugs to Mastery Level 2 to unlock this offensive perk.

Imagine Godzilla having a late-night espresso shot, that eventually makes him a coffee-maniac to a point where you start calling him, Coffeezilla.

However, this perk will reduce the Cooldown duration by 10% for your team. Moreover, for Stacked, the duration gets reduced by 15%.

Speed Force Assist

Take looney Bunny to Mastery Level 7 to unlock this utility perk.

Your mates receive a 4% increase in base movement. And for Stacked, it will increase by 8%.

Second Wind Beneath Your Wings

And lastly, Bugs the Bunny can unlock this offensive perk by reaching Mastery Level 12.

Initially known as Refreshing Ring out, this will refresh the air special attacks after you ring out a foe. Well, it goes for all your mates actually. However, in Stacked, it will refresh ALL air options after your mates ring out a foe.
