How to Unlock the Polyatomic and Orion Camo in Modern Warfare 2
All weapons in MW2 have four base camos that are unlocked as the weapon levels up. Players must unlock these four camos by completing the relevant challenges. After these camos are unlocked, the completionist camos will become available. Each completionist camo has its challenge, for example, the Gold camo for M4 requires players to get 3 kills without dying with the M4.
The platinum challenges, however, differ a little from the Gold camo challenges. Players need to complete gold camo challenges several times to unlock platinum camo. For example, the M4 Platinum camo challenge requires at least 8 AR Gold Camo challenges complete.
The Polyatomic camo is the hardest to obtain as it requires all 51 Platinum camos. Players must unlock Gold, then Platinum for every weapon in the game to get their hands on the elusive Polyatomic.
On the other hand, the Orion camo is the final completionist camo of the game, it is unlocked alongside the Polyatomic camo. So, the Orion camo requires no additional grind, it is the ultimate mastery camo of Modern Warfare 2.
