A brand new Exalted Skin for Sett has been revealed, and it is called Radiant Serpent Sett.
Exalted Skins are the newest tier of skins released in League of Legends. They were released along with the new system called “The Sanctum” and have Gacha mechanics attached to them. In terms of quality, they are comparable to Legendary Skins and have new VFX/SFX, recall animations and additional vocal lines. Furthermore, each Exalted skin contains three brand-new forms.
Exalted skins were initially introduced in Patch 14.24, alongside the first Exalted skin, Arcane Fractured Jinx. The skin was criticized by the community for its aggressive marketing and lower quality compared to much cheaper Ultimate skins. Riot, however, appears to wish to continue on this route, resulting in the release of the new Exalted Skin Radiant Serpent Sett.
Radiant Serpent Sett will be a New Year Skin and will be heavily based on the Chinese Zodiac, Snake. The skin features new forms, new SFX/VFX, more voice lines, and a new recall animation, much like the previous Exalted skin.

Price
Radiant Serpent Sett will be an Exalted skin, thus will have special pricing. The skin will be available to purchase in the new Gacha System called “The Sanctum“. Players are required to spend 80 Ancient Sparks to get the skin guaranteed.
Release Date
The skin will be released in League of Legends on Patch 25.S1.1, which is scheduled for early January.
