The Baxter Building, or Fantastic Four HQ Building, is located in the Southwest corner of Central Park in Spider-Man 2. The Baxter Building has served as the headquarters of the Fantastic Four in its movies, games, and comics appearance. While the Fantastic Four hasn’t appeared in any Spider-Man game yet, this could be a teaser for their future inclusion.

Once you make it to the top, you will find the iconic Fantastic Four logo being painted. The painting is still unfinished, as some painting cans are lying around. From what it looks like, I think the superteam is yet to move into their New York HQ and thus is preparing to shift.

The Baxter Building is a new addition to the game, and it didn’t exist in the past two entries of the game series by Insomniac. Previously, this location had the Fisk Tower, which the Baxter Tower has now replaced.

In case you are unfamiliar, the Fantastic Four is a superhero team. They gained extraordinary abilities through cosmic radiation. The group includes Mr. Fantastic (Reed Richards), who possesses stretchable limbs. The Invisible Woman (Sue Storm) can turn invisible and create force fields. The Human Torch (Johnny Storm) is capable of flying and generating flames. Finally, the Thing (Ben Grimm) is a superhuman with incredible strength and a rocky, orange exterior.
