Riot Games officially unveils the Worlds 2022 anthem Star Walkin’.

Since 2014, with the release of Warriors in collaboration with Imagine Dragons, Riot Games releases a music video annually to hype up the League of Legends Worlds Championship.

Last year with Worlds 2021, we saw the release of “Burn It All Down” in collaboration with PVRIS. Now since the Worlds 2022 is on the horizon, Riot Games has dropped this year’s song, this time it’s titled STAR WALKIN’, partnering with Lil Nas X.

The whole title track is completed by Lil Nas X while being produced by Riot Games Music Team and Take a Daytrip.

The animation was done by THE LINE, an animation studio from London. They also did the animation for the VALORANT Champions 2021 music video Die For You, which was made in collaboration with Grabbitz.

Star Walkin’ has undeniably the best animation by far compared to all the previous music videos out there, even compared to THE LINE’s last music video for VALORANT, Die For You.

The music video showcased all the major teams alongside their respective region and their culture. The video also shows how much the people from their region are rooting for their team to win. We can also see the new Summoner’s Cup showcased for the first time ever in a music video.
