New PBE contents suggest that a couple of champions will get mecha-style worlds skin, including Rell, Twisted Fate, and Thresh.
As League of Legends is a live service game, it gets constant updates to keep players interested and bring new players playing the game. But to ensure the quality of the live servers, Riot Games have a test-focused server called PBE (Public Beta Environment), where players can play on upcoming patches for testing. PBE allows Riot Games to fix bugs and exploits before the patch releases on the live servers.
Usually, players can play the upcoming content a week early through the PBE. The new content can be anything from a new champion, balance changes, new items, new skins, etc. However, sometimes new content might not be accessible from the get-go. At that time, players dig into the files and data mine upcoming contents that are not available in PBE or are so unfinished that they might not come out any time soon.
In this week’s PBE, we have received skins from the new Spirit Blossom 2022 skin line; we have also received some balance changes with some Worlds 2022-themed cosmetics. But some notable additions in the current PBE are the emotes based on the skins that don’t exist.

These emotes are futuristic/mecha versions of Rell, Twisted Fate, and Thresh. They look very similar to the Worlds 2022 Azir skin, and in the background of the splash art, we can also see Thresh. And from that, we can confirm that the new Thresh skin at least exists in the same universe as Worlds 2022 Azir.
And since both Twisted Fate and Rell look robotic and seem to be coming out simultaneously, we can assume that they will also be part of the Worlds 2022 skin line.
