League of Legends Space Groove 2021 Event is here with a new pass, missions, skins, One For All mode, and much more.
After the successful Lunar Beast event, Riot revealed the second event of the year, the Space Groove 2021 Event. The new event is going to feature Legendary Blitzcrank Space Groove skin, while Lulu is getting the Space Groove Prestige Edition. Moreover, Nunu, Rumble, Nasus, Lux, and Samira are also part of the event as well.
Here’s everything you need to know about LoL’s new Space Groove 2021 Event.
Space Groove 2021 Event Start and End Date
The Space Groove 2021 Event started on April 1st, 2021, at 1:00 PM (PT), and the event is going to end on May 3rd, 2021, at 11:59 PM (PT).
Although the Event is going to end on May 3rd, players will be able to use their Tokens until May 17th, 2021, at 11:00 AM (PT).
Space Groove 2021 Event Pass and Pass Bundle
Just like the previous events, League of Legends players will be able to buy the Space Groove pass with 1650 RP. After purchasing the event pass, players will get 200 Space Groove 2021 Tokens and 4 Space Groove 2021 Orbs.
The Space Groove 2021 Event is also going to have a Pass Bundle as well, which will cost 2650 RP. With the Pass Bundle, players will get 200 Space Groove 2021 Tokens, 4 Space Groove 2021 Orbs, and the new Space Groove Lulu.
Both the Space Groove Pass & Pass Bundle will be available in the store until May 3rd, 2021.

Space Groove 2021 event has separate missions for players with the pass and players who don’t have the pass.

Weekly Wins Missions
Wondering how to score points towards your Weekly Wins? Every time you win in Summoner’s Rift, ARAM, One for All, or TFT (placing in the top 4), you’ll earn 5 points. Don’t worry, though! Victory isn’t, actually, everything. Even if you’re on the losing team (or if you’ve placed 8-5 in TFT), you’ll still earn 2 points, so really, it’s a win-win!

Space Groove Missions
The Groove Vs. The Harsh Vibes
The Groove is the rhythm to which the universe moves, but the Harsh Vibes have come to wreak havoc on that harmony. Space Groove sees you siding with one of these two cosmic forces to embark on unique missions and ultimately determine the fate of the galaxy. You’ll need to pick your side before you have access to your missions, so choose carefully because you’ve never seen a dance-off quite like this. It’s not all sick moves and sky-high stakes, however! Both sides come with their own allegiance-specific rewards, so strap on your roller skates and set your sites on the stars. It’s time to go through the Space Groove Missions!
Once you’ve chosen a side in-client, you’ll have access to missions unique to either the Groove or the Harsh Vibes. Not only that, but each side offers an exclusive icon and emote! Be sure to check in-client each week to see which side is winning.

Loot and Loot Bundles
For the Space Groove Event, players will get Space Groove Orb as loot. The Space Groove Orb will give you one random Skin Shard and a 3.5% chance to drop a Luxe Bag. And the Luxe Bag can have Gemstone and Mythic Skin permanent drop rates multiplied by 1.5.
Here are the Luxe Bag drops:
- 3 skin shards worth 750 RP or higher (70% probability)
- 4 skin shards from any tier (30% probability)
If your loot could use more cats, the Blitz Pack will make you the coolest cat around. This pack is exclusive to the 50 Orb Bundle, and it grants you one of the following:
- 3 skin shards from any tier (99% probability)
- 3 unowned 1350+ skin permanents (1% probability)
