League of Legends patch 11.24 is going to nerf Camille, buff Conqueror, introduce the Debonair skins, and much more.

The 2022 preseason might not be as big as season 10 or season 11 preseason, but it did have some major game-changing updates. The most notable one is the introduction of two new dragons: Chemtech & Hextech dragon, objective bounties, and some new Mythic & Legendary items.

Among all the new changes in season 12 preseason, Chemtech dragon soul and objective bounties received a lot of criticism for being “broken”. Riot however already did hotfix the objective bounties twice.

League of Legends’ Designer on the Summoner’s Rift team, Riot Phlox, has finally shared the upcoming patch 11.24 preview after a one-week break. And it seems, they are nerfing the Chemtech dragon soul as well.

Riot Phlox also confirmed that from patch 11.24, Chemtech and Hextech drakes will be back to normal spawn rates.

Moreover, soloq dominant champions Camille is set to receive nerfs while Riot buffs Ivern, Samira, and Caitlyn.
