At the end of the corridors, you will find a light source that you can capture. To continue, you need to capture the light source and use that on a nearby taxi to light up its headlight.

As you move through the area, different neon signs with arrows will light up, indicating the right way for you to follow. All you have to do is follow these neon signs, and you will eventually reach the light source that you need to capture.
