Everything about Jobs and how to unlock them in Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth
Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth is a massive RPG that brings back and fleshes out all the mechanics introduced to the series in Yakuza: Like A Dragon, where the series diverted from an action beat-em-up gameplay to turn-based combat of classic JRPGs.

In addition to a thrilling adventure and unique turn-based combat, Infinite Wealth brings back the job system from its predecessor, where each of your party members can have a variety of jobs. It is the game’s class system.
Each job has different stats, moves, strengths, and weaknesses, which complement your party members in different ways. While some of the jobs from Yakuza: Like A Dragon make a return, the majority of the jobs are brand new.
Unlocking Jobs in LAD Infinite Wealth
To unlock jobs (as well as the ability to change jobs), you’ll need to progress through the main story to Chapter 6 when you visit Alo-Happy Tours for the first time. The Aquanaut is the first job you’ll unlock when first introduced to the job system.
The rest of the jobs can be unlocked through various activities at Alo-Happy Tours. Having said that, you’ll need to reach a certain level in your personality stats to unlock these activities.

Once a job becomes available, you’ll need to go to one of the Alo-Happy Tours locations and talk to the receptionist to start training. To change to a job for the first time, you’ll have to pay a fee, after which you can change to the job for free at any time.
