Lords of the Fallen is a souls-like. Thus, the leveling system is also based on the currency you earn in the game. Here, we will discuss how to level up fast in the game.

Lords of the Fallen is the second game in the franchise, which acts as both a sequel and a reboot. The first game was released in the early days of the genre, and it was the only other soul-like game aside from the main line, Dark Souls. Even though the game was well received at the time, it has not aged that well.

So CI Games has taken up the task of remaking a new game with the modern souls-like standard. And as far as we have seen, it is a pretty good game with its own unique mechanics that changes up the gameplay. Still, since we are taking about leveling up, it remains the same as a standard souls-like. In this game, you will collect vigor, which drops after an enemy’s death. Then you can use that to level up at a Vistage.

Leveling Up Fast in Lords of the Fallen

Leveling up in Lords of the Fallen means finding a way to gain a lot of vigor in a short amount of time. Fortunately, there is a way to do just that pretty early in the game. As you continue through the game you will eventually reach the Bellroom Vistage. This is the fifth vistage in the game. Right beside the vintage, you will see a spiked head enemy. He will drop 500 vigore each time you kill him. And as he is right by the Vistage, you will easily be able to farm him.

Walk up to him and hold up your umbral lamp. This will expose an umbral parasite and kill it. Unless you kill the parasite, the enemy will not be vulnerable to damage. So, after the parasite dies, go ahead and kill the enemy. Return to the Vistage and repeat it until you have enough vigor to level up.
