A new leak suggests that Respawn might be planning on introducing some sort of vehicles in Apex Legends.

Many Titanfall fans were disappointed as Respawn didn’t actually include any titans in their spin-off battle royale game Apex Legends. Seems like Respawn might be actually thinking of implementing some sort of hoverbike into the gameplay.

Biast12 who is a pretty reliable data miner in the Apex Legends data mining scene just revealed some references to this new “HoverBike” that have been found in the game files. Furthermore, there are also some SFX(special effects) found in the game files that strongly suggest that Respawn is maybe playtesting this new feature.

“HoverBike” references in Apex Legends:

However, Just because it is found in the game files doesn’t actually mean it is official. Respawn usually likes to playtest everything before they announce something. And just like the Titans, these new vehicles could also see the cutting board if it doesn’t play well with other parts of the game.

Although games in a similar genre have already implemented features similar to “HoverBike” in the past. So, it won’t actually be something that revolutionary to think about in terms of adding more ways to enjoy the game.

That being said, vehicles in Apex Legends would definitely bring something new to the overall experience. Apex Legends already thrives on speed and momentum. Thus, adding more on top of that might go either really well or really bad depending upon how well Respawn implements such elements into the game.
