Epic Games has announced that they will gradually shut down all other Fortnite game modes before the Operation Skyfire event.
There are only a few hours left until Fortnite Season 7. Many players are currently busy grinding to get the last few levels of their Battle Pass. Some are even collecting Alien Artifacts to unlock customization options for the Kymera Battle Pass skin.
Fortnite will introduce a new game mode called “Operation: Skyfire” before the event starts. But way before that almost all other Fortnite game modes will slowly be disabled to help Epic better prepare for the upcoming huge event.
Recently Epic Games announced the timing when different game modes in Fortnite will slowly begin to shut down. Below you can find out the shutdown timings of all
Fortnite Game Modes Temporary Shutdown Timings:
The game modes that are going to shut down early are Creative mode, Battle Lab, Party Royale, Custom match codes, Save the World mode, and Arena. Below are the timings when these game modes will shut down-
Fortnite Creative Mode:
Fortnite Creative Mode will be one of the game modes that will shut down ahead of all others. The time when Creative mode becomes unavailable is 12:00 PM ET.
Fortnite Battle lab mode will also be disabled at the same time as Fortnite Creative and the time is 12:00 PM ET.
Fortnite Party Royale is another game mode getting disabled at the same time as Creative and Battle Lab. Party Royale will be disabled at 12:00 PM ET.
Custom Match Codes:
The Custom Match Codes will be disabled starting at 02:00 PM ET.
Fortnite Save the World Mode:
Save The World PVE mode, although completely separate from Fortnite Battle Royalle will shut down at 03:00 PM ET.
Arena mode is also getting disabled at the same time as Fortnite Save The World mode at around 03:00 PM ET.
All other Game Modes:
All other game modes will shut down at 03:25 PM ET, 30 mins before the Operation Skyfire Event. These game modes include the standard Battle Royale modes such as Solos, Duos, Trios, Squads, and Team Rumble.
