Epic Games Chief Creative Officer Donald Mustard Reveals New Fortnite Season 8 Teaser

Donald Mustard recently revealed a teaser for the upcoming Fortnite Season 8.

Fortnite Season 7 is 99% complete with only a day remaining. The big end of the season “Operation: Skyfire” event is also happening soon. The end of a Fortnite season and the big event is probably keeping Fortnite fans awake at night. Fortnite has already released a video teaser for the upcoming Fortnite Season.

And now Chief Creative Officer at Epic Games, Donald Mustard has also revealed a teaser hyping up the release of Fortnite Season 8 even more. Donald Mustard is known to reveal teasers about upcoming Fortnite content in various creative ways. But his most go-to method is changing the banner image and location on his Twitter account.

Fortnite fans noticed that Donald Mustard changed his banner image and location on his Twitter account. The Banner icon shows what seems to be an image of the Zero Point in space. He also changed his location to “Wait. This Reality is… unique”.

For people not familiar with Zero Point, it is a storyline object that is driving the story forward in Fortnite Battle Royale. The Zero Point can also be used as an energy source or a portal to other realities as we have observed in previous Fortnite seasons.

But this is not the first time Donald posted this image on his Twitter. As noticed by gameshed_, Donald set this image as his banner during the launch of Fortnite Season 5 but changed it quickly as it was probably a mistake. Both versions of the teaser are below.

Frezzi combined the two images and shared them on his Twitter account. The two images combined give us a better picture of the teaser but we still can’t deduce much from them about the upcoming Fortnite Season.

But more teasers will probably appear soon and we might learn some more info then.
