Riot reveals the 2020 edition of new Cosmic skin for Skarner, Vladimir, Hecarim, Varus, and Nidalee releasing in patch 10.24.
Riot Games was getting a lot of backlashes from the League community for only prioritizing popular champions for new skins. However, in 2020, Riot promised to release new skins for most of the champions who have not received any new skin in a while.
In the meantime, Riot has already released a new skin for Xerath, Mordekaiser, Rek’Sai, and others who didn’t have any skins for years. And they have also announced new skins for champions like Skarner and Ornn as well. Moreover, Riot said that they will be releasing around 140 skins by the end of 2020.
In order to fulfill their goals, for the upcoming patch 10.24, Riot has announced a total of 10 skins including new Cosmic skins for Skarner, Vladimir, Hecarim, Varus, and Nidalee.

Update: Riot has decided to change the names of each Cosmic skin. And the new skin names are:
- Cosmic Charger Hecarim
- Cosmic Huntress Nidalee
- Cosmic Hunter Varus
- Cosmic Devourer Vladimir
- Cosmic Sting Skarner
Cosmic Skarner

The main spotlight of this Cosmic skin line is the new Skarner skin. With the new Cosmic skin, Skarner will now have his first skin in more than five years. Being forgotten by Riot for so long and after the controversy with Seraphine lore, Skarner’s mains will finally have something to celebrate about.
Cosmic Vladimir

Out of all the splash arts, Cosmic Vladimir splash has to be the most gorgeous one. Vladimir has some great looking skins in the past and with the new Cosmic skin, fans now have one more great skin to choose for him. Furthermore, this will also be his 10th skin in League of Legends.

Even though both the Cosmic and Dark Cosmic share the same universe and Varus already has a Dark Cosmic skin, it seems like for the upcoming patch 10.24, Riot is giving him the Cosmic skin as well.
