Loba will finally get her Heirloom with the Beast of Prey Event in Apex Legends, and it will be called Garra de Alanza.

Since Apex Legends is a free-to-play FPS battle royale game set in the same universe as the Titanfall franchise of video games, Respawn Entertainment opted to use the “freemium” model to monetize this game. As such, players don’t have to purchase the game to enter the lobbies.

Right now, in season 14, there are 15 Heirlooms in Apex Legends. Valkyrie was the last Legend to receive an heirloom in the Awakening Collection Event. Respawn does not follow any precise order to release Heirlooms for each Legend. As a result, knowing what surprises lie ahead always excites players.

It’s been 9 Seasons since Respawn introduced Loba. Unsurprisingly, the Apex Legends community eagerly awaited her Heirloom release in Season 14. And their waiting is coming to an end as recent leaks and rumors suggested that she will be the next one to get her Heirloom this Season’s Collection Event. And the recent announcement from EA has put an end to all the speculation.

Loba’s “Garra de Alanza” Heirloom First Look

From the past Season, there have been leaks and rumors regarding Loba’s Heirloom, which is supposed to release in Season 14 Collection Event. Many prominent leakers and data miners have shared that it will be a War Fan.

If you’re wondering what a fan is, it is basically a Japanese hand fan modified and designed to use in warfare. Previously, it was all just rumors and speculations with no real evidence that a War Fan would actually be Loba’s Heirloom.

After Revenant killed her parents and destroyed everything Loba had, she grew up as a thief to make a living. In the comic, she received a job from a widow to steal a gem from Chenosky Auction House. While looking for opportunities to steal the Gem, Loba’s eyes caught on to something she was very familiar with.

She saw her mother’s hand fan. With the help of his partner, she eventually stole both the Gem and her mother’s hand fan from the auction house. The hand fan did not seem to be in the best condition when she stole it.

According to the recent comics shared by Respawn, Loba modified her mother’s hand fan and made which turned into a complete beast of a weapon called, “Garra de Alanza”. It also translates to Lance Claw in English.

Loba’s “Garra de Alanza” Heirloom Price

Players can purchase the event-specific pack that comes with every other collection event. Purchasing all the event Apex packs will guarantee the Heirloom. As each event pack costs around 700 Apex coins, in total, players will need to spend around 168$ to collect this Heirloom.

The other way is to buy just one event pack and pray to the RNG gods. Also, after the collection event ends, players will be able to get this Heirloom in the regular loot boxes. However, the chances of getting an heirloom in the normal Apex packs are around 0.7%.
