The release date of the Season 13 Collection Event in Apex Legends called Awakened, featuring the long-awaited Valkyrie’s Heirloom, has been revealed.
Apex Legends was published in 2019 as a battle royale spin-off of Respawn’s successful FPS game Titanfall, and it quickly established itself as the greatest battle royale game on the market. Because the game was free to play, it attracted a large number of players in a short amount of time.
Respawn releases collection events focusing on individual characters with each new seasonal update. These collection events introduce new limited-time game modes, legend-specific town takeovers, and exclusive skins.
Legend-specific Heirlooms are also featured in the Collection Events. The Awakening CE is special because it brings Valkyrie’s Heirloom into the game. Not to mention, Lifeline’s Town Takeover also takes place in this update.

Valkyrie’s Suzaku Heirloom
Similar to other Collection Events, the Awakened Collection Event will bring the players a brand-new Heirloom. As mentioned earlier, Valkyrie is going to receive her Heirloom at this event.
Players can unlock Valkyrie’s Heirloom by collecting all 24 items in the Collection Event by opening exclusive event packs. These event-specific Apex packs usually cost more than the base Apex packs. And you have to purchase all the event-exclusive Apex packs to guarantee an heirloom. As each event pack costs around 700 Apex coins, players will need to spend around $168 to collect a new heirloom.

Along with other exciting content, a Town Takeover will take place in the Awakening Collection Event. And this time, Lifeline will cause some changes to the Olympus map. Not only that, but she will also receive some long-awaited buffs in the same event when the 13.1 patch goes live.
Lifeline’s Town Takeover will open a new POI on the Olympus map. The new POI will be based on a clinic theme, not surprising as Lifeline is a Medic. According to the leaks by ezra_rc, it seems like there will be healing items everywhere in Lifeline Clinic.

The Awakening Collection Event will be live on June 21, 2022.
