Unlike the previous three seasons, there will be tons of new content coming to Apex Legends in Season 20. Most of the changes have already been revealed by the likes of Gameinformer and other leakers. Fortunately, all the potential content has been verified by each other. Moreover, the leaks also talk about some new LTMs in Season 20.
The newest season is set to be called “Breakout“. The disruptive changes to the game do support the namesake as the game is set to change like never before. There’s something for everyone, from the most competitive player to one who just plays the game casually. So, what are these LTMs that are coming to the game?

What Are The New LTMs in Apex Legends Season 20?
LTMs are short-term game modes that swap in and out during events or special occasions. These change up the gameplay loop, adding gimmicks or randomness for some casual fun. Some of these LTMs are very popular, and players have wanted them back. In breakout, some of the LTMs have been leaked already.
Some details about these LTMs were also revealed by HYPERMYST.
- Straight Shot: 30 Player mini BR with kitted weapons and spawn locations
- Lockdown: Mixture of TDM and Control
The final game mode, The Hunt, has no leaked details yet. As the name suggests, it may be a kind of search & destroy version of Apex with a target to kill. However, the game modes look interesting and players can expect a breath of fresh air with the new set of game modes alongside the changes to the armor system and perks.
