Persona 3 Reload is a remake of the critically acclaimed Persona 3, which is the fourth installment in the SMT Persona series. You fight monsters, attend school, take exams, maintain relationships, and do extracurricular activities – showcasing the balance of battle and slice of life the series is known for.

The contrasting parts of battling at night, and managing your time to further your academics and social life during the day, make up the gameplay of Persona 3. It has been further fleshed out in Reload, which even adds mechanics from Persona 5, such as part-time jobs, and even learning different computer software.
As more people join your party, you’ll be able to grow closer to them and form deeper bonds, represented in the game as Social Links. Furthermore, you can also romance some characters. Reaching max level on a social link can have a lot of benefits, including strengthening the character’s Persona.

How to Level Up Aigis’ Social Link
Aigis is an android with a human heart, which allows her to use a Persona. As a member of the S.E.E.S team, she learns what it means to be human, and throughout her Social Link, you’ll be helping her grow in this regard.
Aigis Max Social Link Reward
Completing Aigis’ Social Link will net you a Charred Screw, which you can use to perform a fusion of the Ultimate Persona of the Aeon Social Link!
Aigis also undergoes a Second Awakening, transforming her Persona into Athena.
Prerequisite
You do not need to max out any Social Stats to unlock Aigis’ Social Link. However, it becomes available quite late in the game on January 8th.
Aigis will ask you if she can walk with you after class. After that, she can be found in Classroom 2F during the day, every day except for Sundays.
