VALORANT reportedly adding a new sniper weapon called ”Outlaw” with the upcoming Episode.
VALORANT, the hero-based competitive shooter from Riot Games, has been immensely popular since its release. As a tactical shooter, VALORANT features a variety of weapons to use for different situations.
The game has seen a lot of new additions with various updates. Nevertheless, its arsenal remained the same even three years after its full release. However, Based on some recent leaks and speculations, a new weapon named ”Outlaw”, will be joining the Marshal and Operator in the sniper class.

A New Weapon is Joining the Armory
A couple of months ago, some leaked in-game images from a test server in China via a Bilibili stream suggested that Riot is planning to add a new weapon in VALORANT. A recent leak from VALORANTUPDATED on X supports the news further, even with the estimated release date.
As per the leaks, the new weapon will be named Outlaw and will be from the sniper class. However, it will function differently as it will fire two bullets at a time, like the shorty.
The cost of the weapon will be 2400, which makes it sit between the Marshal and the Operator. Also, the body damage of 140 means it will not be able to kill a fully armored enemy with a single shot.
Outlaw First Look
The first in-game footage for Outlaw has been leaked. The footage is leaked by Valorant and updated on X. Some more information about the gun is known now.
Outlaw is going to be a high-penetration weapon like Odin and Sheriff. As for the damage output, it will damage for 140 to a headshot and 119 if you shoot at the leg. However, for penetrating a wall, the damage output will be 125. You will also be able to break Killjoy Ultimate with just three bullets from Outlaw.
Outlaw Release Date
As per the recent leaks of Valorleaks, the new gun ”Outlaw” will be released alongside the upcoming Episode 8.
