League of Legends patch 10.22 is going to feature buffs to Xayah, LeBlanc, and Sejuani.

League of Legends’ lead gameplay designer Mark “Scruffy” Yetter has previewed the last patch before the preseason. And it seems like they are buffing Xayah, LeBlanc, and Sejuani. Moreover, Nasus and Brand are also getting some notable buffs as well.

Xayah Buff Patch 10.22

  • Attack speed per lvl: 3.3 >>> 3.9%

Xayah is the only ADC that received four buffs and no nerf in season 10, yet can not manage to have a positive win rate. For the last couple of patches, she has been hovering around a 48% win rate where her pick rate is around 2-3%.

And with the new buff in patch 10.22, we might actually see her as a meta ADC in League of Legends once again.

LeBlanc Buff Patch 10.22

  • E:
    • Mana cost: 70 >>> 50
    • Base damage: 40-120; 50-130
    • Delayed damage: 70-230 >>> 80-240

LeBlanc is one of few champions in League of Legends who is yet to receive any kind of buff or nerf in season 10. The last time she received a proper buff was also back in patch 9.16.

Even though she had a decent presence in the pro games in season 10, she is having a rough time in the soloq. Currently, she only has a 47.47% win rate in the Plat+ while having a 4.0% pick rate. Therefore, for the first time before the end of season 10, LeBlanc is getting buffs on patch 10.22.

Sejuani Buff Patch 10.22

  • R:
    • Short range damage: 100-150 >>> 125-175
    • Long range damage (and delayed explosion): 150-350 >>> 200-400

Ever since her rework, Sejuani has always been favored in the pro games. Because of her having a high impact in the pro game, she had to undergo countless nerfs in the last couple of seasons.

And those nerfs were so brutal that, even with three buffs in season 10, she only has a 1.7% pick rate in the soloq while having a 48.56% win rate. Therefore, Riot is planning to buff her once again in patch 10.22.

All the new changes will hit PBE soon for testing and scheduled to go live on patch 10.22, Wednesday, Oct 28, 2020.
