Ahead of the Rainbow Six Charlotte Major, Wolves Esports has officially entered the Rainbow Six Siege esports scene.
Wolves Esports, the esports division of the English Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers, has expanded into Rainbow Six Siege by signing the orgless ex-Vitality roster.
The announcement came just two days before the start of the Rainbow Six Charlotte Major, and the Siege community is delighted with this news.
Team LFO (Looking for Org) had to play the first stage of the Rainbow Six European League 2022 without any organizational support after Team Vitality left the Siege esports scene. However, the French side was determined to surprise everyone with their performance, as they had picked up the young gunner of Yanis “Mowwwgli” Dahmani for their squad.
On the last playday, the team managed to secure a 3rd place finish on Stage 1 of EUL, and earned their ticket to the Charlotte Major.
Valentin “risze” Liradelfo said: “It’s an amazing feeling to know I am representing Wolves Esports, because not only is Wolves a growing esports brand but it is also a huge Premier League football club and a very prestigious one, which is something very different to what I have experienced being a part of during my esports career. I am really looking forward to representing them.”
Wolves Esports will compete in the Charlotte Major with the following roster:
- Valentin “risze” Liradelfo
- Bastien “BiBooAF” Dulac
- Axel “Shiinka” Freisberg
- Nicolas “P4” Rimbaud
- Yanis “Mowwwgli” Dahmani
- Robin “Robz” Planus – Team manager
- Laurie “Lyloun” Lagier – Head coach
