There is a chance that we might get a colored style for the Tart Tycoon(Apple Skin) in Fortnite if Epic ends up winning the lawsuit against Apple.
Fortnite lowered the price of V-bucks back in August of 2020 by making a direct payment method. They did so by bypassing the 30% app store fee Apple and Google used to charge. Following this change, Apple banned Fortnite from the Apple app store.
Epic soon replied by suing both Apple and Google at the same time and that lawsuit is still ruling to this day. There have been multiple hearings of this case but no decision has been made as to the fate of Fortnite on the Apple and Google play store. The final trial of the Apple Vs Epic lawsuit is supposed to be held on May 8th. Hopefully, we get some decisions on that day which could give some actual date for Fortnite return to the Apple app store.
But there might be a silver lining to all this as we might get a colored version of the Tart Tycoon skin in Fortnite if Epic ends up winning the lawsuit.

Fornite Tart Tycoon Colored Style:
Back in August of 2020 Epic Games organized a tournament called #FreeFortnite to symbolize breaking the monopoly of Apple. Participants in this tournament got the Tart Tycoon skin for free in Fortnite. The skin resembles a half-eaten apple in a suit.
The Tart Tycoon skin is the only skin in Fortnite that does not have color instead it has a black and white old television shimmering effect. But that might soon change.
Recently founder and CEO of Epic Games Tim Sweeney hinted at a colored variant of the Tart Tycoon skin coming to Fortnite.
imgoldenyt made a Tweet saying that Apple was interested in collaborating with Fortnite multiple times but Epic declined every time. Tim Sweeney was seen commenting on this Tweet.
One person said to Tim Sweeney “If you win and Fortnite gets back onto the App Store you should give that skin a colored style”. Tim Sweeney liked the comment which could mean that we might actually get a colored style of the Tart Tycoon skin.
If Epic manages to win the lawsuit against Apple then Epic Games will definitely do something to make it memorable for everyone. The colored variant of the Tart Tycoon skin could also be a way for Epic to celebrate their win.
All of these are still just speculations and should be taken with a grain of salt but it would be really something to see the Tart Tycoon skin finally getting some colors.
