Everything We Know so Far about Warzone 2.0 Season 2

1v1 Gulag Returns

Warzone 1’s 1v1 Gulag will return in Season 2 as the 2v2 Gulag moves into the vault. Players have been vocal about their discontent with the current Gulag as it is a step backward from the original 1v1 Gulag.

Looting Changes

Looting has been reverted to Warzone 1’s style after players and content creators have repeatedly criticized the new looting system. Now when players open a cache, the loot inside will pop out on the ground instead of showing the equip or stow prompt.

New Resurgence Map

Players can expect a new Resurgence map for Warzone 2.0 and a small map for DMZ. The resurgence map might be similar to Rebirth Island and Fortune’s Keep. Leaks suggest that the new map will house the infamous World at War map “Castle” as a major POI. The new resurgence map will be the perfect playground for Rebirth enthusiasts to play high-octane matches.

A Brand New Battle Pass

A brand new battle pass is underway with legendary skins, free COD points, weapon blueprints, and, most importantly, two new weapon additions at two sectors. The new weapons might be an AR and a Marksman Rifle, but that is just speculation as no relevant information about the guns has not been revealed yet.

New Operator- Ronin

Based on the real-life veteran Tu Lam, Ronin is set to make his comeback in MW2 and Warzone 2.0. The modern Samurai is reportedly getting a samurai makeover for his comeback. However, it is still unknown if he’ll be available in the battle pass or as a bundle.
