League of Legends’ new champion, Viego, is already getting a balance update in League of Legends patch 11.2 PBE cycle.
After months of speculations, Riot Games finally revealed League of Legends 154th champion Viego, the Ruined King. Even though Riot previously mentioned that Viego is supposed to be a jungle champion, after going into the PBE, most of the players are playing him as a top laner.
A lot of players think his early jungle is OK, but in order to become a viable jungler, he needs at least one item to coop up with other jungle champions.

And now, League of Legends’ Principal Champion Designer, Riot August, has previewed that Viego is getting some buffs and nerfs in the patch 11.2 PBE so that he can be more impactful in both the top lane and jungle.
Viego PBE changes
Armor: 30 >>> 34
Q:
- Monster healing mod: 175% >>> 155%
W:
- Cooldown: 7s >>> 8s
E:
- MS: 20-30% >>> 20-30% (+3%/100AP)
- Camo reveal radius: 375 >>> 400
- Restealth time: 0.5 >>> 0.6
R:

Riot is increasing his armor to 34 from 30, and according to Riot Games, this should help him in both the top lane and his early jungle. With increased armor, Riot is nerfing his Q healing to 155% and W cooldown to 8s to balance things up.
His E, Harrowed Path, is getting multiple adjustments. His E will now give him increased movement speed based on AP scaling. Moreover, Riot is increasing his Camo radius to 400 and re-stealth time to 0.6.
Furthermore, his ultimate execute damage scaling is now lowered to 3%.
Before his release in patch 11.2, Viego will undergo multiple bugfixes and might get a few additional balance changes in the PBE as well.
