Riot Games is buffing two of the worst Junglers, Vi and Nocturne in patch 10.13.
League of Legends’ lead gameplay designer Mark “Scruffy” Yetter tweeted today previewing the patch 10.13. And it seems like two of the Jungle champions have made it into the buff list. All the changes are hitting PBE soon and will ship into the live server on patch 10.13.
Vi Buff Patch 10.13
- Q: Cooldown: 12-8 >>> 12-6
Vi is one of the few champions who has not received any kind of buffs of nerfs on Season 10 besides some bugfixes. Vi is listed as one of the worst Jungle champions on our Jungle tier list for patch 10.12. She not only has a below 50% win rate, but she also has one of the low pick rates among Junglers. Thus, Riot is buffing her in patch 10.13 for the first time in season 10.
Nocturne Buff Patch 10.13
- Passive: Attacks on monsters also give double cooldown reduction (like attacks on champions)
When players started to realize Nocturne has more carry potential and treat as a Mid laner than in the Jungle, they quickly abandoned his jungle and shifted to him new playstyle.
Nocturne is also in our worth Jungle tier as he only has a 47.37% win rate with a 1.9% pick rate. Therefore, Riot is buffing the Nocturne jungle in patch 10.13.
