Search the Treasure Chests
As you start the game and complete quests while exploring the regions, you will see the Treasure Chests scattered through the areas. Open the Chests and look for the Vestige Umbral Flower Seeds.
Explore New Regions
Most of the time, it is easier to find the Vestige Seeds near any new location. Open the map and explore different areas to spot and gather the Seeds. Though it might sound hard, exploring Lords of the Fallen can be very adventurous, and going to new locations may open up new possibilities.
Purchase
Buy the Vestige Seeds from the in-game Merchants. Go to the Skyrest Bridge, where you will find Molhu, a famous Merchant in Lords of the Fallen. Ask him if he has any of the Seeds you are looking for, and he will show you the Vestige Seeds.
Each Seed is for 2,500 Vigor, which is expensive, but you will need those for some moments in the game.
