Riot Games just announced that the 2023 VCT Masters will be held in Tokyo, Japan, with a lot more surprises ahead.
VALORANT Champions 2022 ended with a blast. The championship final was held in Istanbul where LOUD defeated OpTic and became the VALORANT Champions 2022. Following the hype, people are already excited about the 2023 VCT.
And Riot Games just announced its second international event, VCT Masters, which will take place in Tokyo, Japan, in June 2023. The top teams from each international league will participate in the LAN event to seize a spot in the 2023 Championship event.

VCT Masters 2023: Tokyo, Japan

Over the past twelve months the Japanese VALORANT community has grown by leaps and bounds, with their displays of fandom across all types of events. Our teams have been working closely to build a new experience that will thrill fans around the world and we can’t wait to share what we have in store” Riot Games explained why they decided to go with Tokyo for Masters 2023.
VCT Masters 2023: Format
VCT Masters 2023 will feature the top 10 teams from across the world. Three teams from each international league: Pacific, America, and EMEA will be qualified for Masters. Additionally, the winner of the LOCK IN event in Brazil will participate in VCT Masters 2023.
