In a new Twitter post, Ubisoft has addressed that they are aware of the new bugs introduced with Rainbow Six Siege‘s Y7S3 Operation Brutal Swarm.

Rainbow Six Siege’s Y7S3 Operation Brutal Swarm was released on September 6th, and with it came a plethora of new bugs. These new bugs include low FPS issues or game-freezing, operator texture glitches, Bravo Pack opening errors, and more.

Multiple players across different platforms, both PC and console, have now reported incidents of their gameplay freezing completely or for a few seconds. Users are also experiencing lower FPS on their devices after the new season update.

On the other hand, the operator texture glitch mostly happens on the lobby screen, so it is not as frustrating as the other bugs costing players important rounds and leading to a lower rank.

There are other bugs that Ubisoft has not yet acknowledged, such as the gadget-pinging issue and sound bug.

Ubisoft has stated, “We are aware of some ongoing issues following the launch of Operation Brutal Swarm and are currently working to resolve them.”

Right now, we cannot confirm when a fix is going to be released to mitigate all these game-breaking bugs. Hopefully, Ubisoft can quickly identify the root of the issue and deploy a patch as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can help the devs by reporting bugs on R6Fix.
