Temple of Time in the recent Zelda games teaches players how to upgrade Link’s HP and Stamina. It is an important mechanic of the game. You only start with three hearts and little stamina. Only through this method can you get more of it. But the Temple of Time is not as common as you may think. Most of the time, you can find goddess statues in Hyrule to upgrade your heart/stamina without going to the Temple itself.
Breath of the Wild had a Temple of Time in the starting area of the game. After acquiring all the abilities the game has to offer, you take those abilities and the spirit orb to the Temple to get a Heart/Stamina upgrade. It also functions pretty much the same in Tears of the Kingdom. That being said, here are the locations of the Temple of Time in Hyrule.

The other Temple of Time is located on the surface map of the game. Right under the Hyrule Field, you will find a square structure shown on the map. This is the Temple of Time on this map.
