Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom also features the Paraglider. But you don’t get it from the start. Here is how you can get it in the game.
Legends of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is the newest game in the Zelda franchise. It is the sequel to Breath of the Wild, had a large expectation of it. But there were concerns about the game feeling too much like the older one since both take place on the same map. But the new game takes the old formula and upgrades it in many different ways.
You will get many new abilities in this game. And since it is a new game, you must gather all your power from the start. But the huge map and new abilities keep the game fresh. Just like you need to gather all the power, you will also have to get all your items again. And that includes the Paraglider too.
Without the Paraglider, you won’t be able to explore the map freely. So it is one of the more important items you need to get. Here we will tell you how you can get your hands on the Paraglider in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Unlocking Paraglider in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Like the previous game, you will start on an isolated island where you will get all the new abilities the game offers. Here the game will also teach you some of the combat mechanics. After the intro, you will dive and find yourself in a lake on the surface map. The slate will point you towards the next destination called Lookout Landing.
After reaching the place, talk to Purah, the head of Lookout Landing. Purah will send you on a quest called Crisis at Hyrule Castle. Complete this quest and report back to Purah. After that, she will invite you for exploration. Here you will go to the northwest side of Lookout Landing to activate a Skyview Tower, which will clear the map on your slate. It is here she will also give you a Paraglider to use.
So, in short, you will have to follow the main quest from the start. If you keep following the main story quest, you will eventually unlock the Paraglider.
