Exclusive Upgrade Tickets in Resident Evil 4 Remake
Upgrade Tickets are items that can be used to upgrade your weapons and make them more powerful. These tickets come in different tiers, with the higher tiers being more difficult to obtain.
So how do you get these tickets? Well, it’s not exactly straightforward. You can only get Exclusive Upgrade Tickets from the Merchant by trading Spinels with him. And, of course, the best way to earn those Spinels is by completing the Merchant’s Requests. For example, you might have to defeat a certain number of enemies in a certain amount of time or complete a level without taking any damage.
And if you manage to save up enough Spinels from your previous playthroughs, you can immediately access 2 Exclusive Upgrade Tickets at the first Merchant in the Village on New Game Plus. Doesn’t cost that much; only 30 Spinels per Ticket. Who wouldn’t want to grind through multiple playthroughs just to get their hands on some tickets for upgrades? Sounds like a blast. As the merchant says, Choose a weapon, stranger, and I’ll make it sing!
Best Uses for Exclusive Upgrade Tickets
Say, you have weapons that you really fancy, but missing a few parts to be the last tier that makes it an absolute monster (well, some of them). Here is where the Exclusive Upgrade Tickets play the major part.
To unlock that final upgrade, you will have two options. The first is to unlock every other upgrade for a weapon, which will then grant you access to the Exclusive Upgrade option. Alternatively, you can make use of the Exclusive Upgrade Ticket to unlock one Exclusive Upgrade before upgrading your weapon fully. However, even after unlocking the upgrade, you’ll still need to pay the full price for it.
And there you go. It is now quite obvious that if you want to upgrade your weapons in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you’ll need to work for it, I mean really hard. Cheers to that!
Before heading back to your den, let me ask you this; did you find the solutions to all the puzzles? Or do you know about all the weapons and how to get them? Check out.
