Ubisoft has decided to bring back the limited-time skins from Rainbow Six Siege‘s Outbreak event.
In a new tweet, the official Rainbow Six Siege page just announced that the ‘Outbreak’ Packs are returning to the live game today.
Ubisoft introduced the limited-time ‘Outbreak’ game mode during Operation Chimera in 2018. The event featured various alien-looking parasites called “Roaches”, and three operators from Team Rainbow were sent to neutralize the threat. Outbreak event is still regarded as one of the best LTM that has been introduced in Siege to this day.
Alongside the event, Ubisoft brought unique skins themed around the Outbreak event. As a lot of new players have begun playing Siege after Operation Chimera, Ubisoft has decided to reintroduce the Outbreak Alpha Packs today.
The Outbreak Packs contain 50 unique items inside them, and one Pack will cost players 300 R6 credits or 12500 renown. As the items are for cosmetic purposes only, you can just skip them. However, those who were trying to complete the full collection and failed last time would surely love to scoop them this time.
The Outbreak Packs will last until July 13th, so grab them before they are gone for good.
The Outbreak event served as the inspiration for the upcoming Rainbow Six Extraction game, which is set to release on September 16 this year.
