Ubisoft has released a brand-new cinematic trailer for the new operator being introduced in Y8S2 Operation Dread Factor.
The trailer gives us a first look at the Swedish operator, whose name will be Fenrir, according to previous leaks. In Norse mythology, Fenrir is a mythical giant wolf. But we aren’t sure if this name will be connected to his lore.
The spooky and scary-looking operator seems to be using his gadget against the unsuspecting recruit in the trailer. Fenrir can use his gadget to induce fear among his enemies, as seen in the footage below.
The trailer’s title reads, “What are you afraid of?” hinting that Rainbow Six Siege might be getting its own Scarecrow-like operator.

According to renowned leaker @lungu_r6, Fenrir will be equipped with the MP-7 SMG alongside the SASG-12 shotgun for his primary weapons. He will have the Bailiff 410 pistol as his sole secondary weapon option. And for his secondary gadget, Fenrir can either bring the Barbed Wires or the Bulletproof camera.
As of now, Ubisoft has not shared any official information about this new Swedish operator, so do take this information with a pinch of salt.
