Ubisoft’s FPS shooter, Rainbow Six Siege, continues to manage a healthy player base and a growing esports community, even after 9 years since the game’s release.

Year 9 of Rainbow Six Siege will kick off with Y9S1 Operation Deadly Omen. The season is expected to start off with a bang, as Ubisoft will be introducing Deimos as a playable operator.

R6S Y9S1 Operation Deadly Omen Reveal Panel

Ubisoft has started teasing the new season, releasing a new cinematic trailer, showing Deimos finally being captured. Stepping outside of the lore, in-game Deimos is an attacking operator with a tracking gadget. More details about Deimos and the Y9S1 will be shown during the panel.

As stated by Ubisoft, Rainbow Six Siege’s Y9S1 ‘Operation Deadly Omen’ Reveal Panel will take place on February 24 at 9:30 AM PT / 6:30 PM CET at 2 PM EST (11 AM PT, 8 PM CET).

R6S Year 9 Roadmap Reveal

On the other hand the full Rainbow Six SiegeYear 9 Reveal panel on Sunday, February 25 at 10AM PT / 8PM CET just before the Six Invitational Grand Finals.
