Porcelain Skin Thematic will return soon as Riot talks about it on Chinese social media, Weibo.
Riot has recently been putting in an effort to bring in new thematics into League of Legends. In the past few skin releases, we have gotten the new skin lines in Empyrean, Mythmaker, Broken Covenant and Faerie Court skins. There was also the return of Astronaut and Cats vs Dogs skins. This shows Riot is invested in giving fans something unique while bringing back the skins that really fit themes for holidays or are popular with the players.
For the future, Riot is also bringing back the Dawnbringer and Nightbringer theme as four new skins are added to the skin line. Meanwhile, Patch 13.9 and 13.10 will feature a new theme called Inkshadow, which will release a new legendary skin for Master Yi.
With that said, it seems Riot is fulfilling their end of the bargain of saying that they wanted more skin thematics to come to League of Legends and be tied to certain events more often. In light of that, Riot Brightmoon has mentioned on Weibo that the Porcelain skin line will make a reappearance again. Here is what we know so far.

Riot on the Porcelain Skin Theme
In a video on Weibo and Bilibili, Riot Brightmoon talked about the Porcelain skin line. It gained a lot of popularity amongst the fan base, and Riot intends to bring it back. When is the real question here, as nothing was specified.
However, if we go by past actions by Riot, this will likely make its way to League of Legends in the next Chinese New Year. So hopefully, Riot will shed more light on this, and we will know more soon.
