Which patch will the upcoming Worlds be played on? Let’s find out.

The League of Legends World Championship is a yearly international tournament that brings together the top teams from all around the world to compete for the title of World Champion. It’s the biggest tournament of the year and is held at the end of each year.

The Worlds event for this year starts on October 10th and finishes on November 19th. Similar to the 2014 and 2018 Worlds, The League of Legends World Championship 2023 will once again be held in South Korea.

This year, twenty-two teams worldwide will compete for the Worlds 2023 championship. The event will begin on October 10th with the Play-In Stage, in which the eight lowest-ranked teams worldwide will compete for the two remaining spots in the Swiss Stage. There, they will join the fourteen teams from the four major regions: LCK, LPL, LEC, and LCS.

That said, with little over two months to go, one question remains: in what patch will Worlds 2023 be played on?
