Enchanters will be receiving a new item called Dawncore.
The current Enchanter items in League of Legends feel pretty underwhelming, to say the least. Similar to Mage items, there is a lack of build diversity in the Enchanter items. Other than some unique items like Shurelya’s Battlesong, they all feel the same.
This is why, for Preseason 2024, Riot is revamping the Enchanter Items. Items like Chemtech Putrifier and Chalice of Harmony are getting removed, and Riot is giving enchanters a lot more new items to work with.
One of these items is the Dawncore. It’s a new Enchanter item that provides all the stats Enchanters require and more. In this article, we will look at the new item Dawncore and see how it fares against the other Enchanter items.

Dawncore
- Total Cost: 2700 gold
- Item Recipe: Bandleglass Mirror + Bandleglass Mirror + 700 gold
- 40 Ability Power
- 20 Ability Haste
- 150% Mana Regeneration
- Passive – Dawncore: Gain 3% Heal and Shield Power and 5 Ability Power per 100% Base Mana Regeneration.
- Passive – Summoner Spell Haste: Gain 18 Summoner Spell Haste.
Dawncore is looking to be the core item for most Enchanters. At first glance, the item only gives 20 Ability Haste and 150% Base Mana Regen, but its passives are where the item really shines.
Its first Passive First Light provides 3% Heal and Shield Power and 5 Ability Power per 100% Base Mana Regen. Since most support items give Mana Regen, Enchanters are going to get tons of power added to their late game.
Dawncore’s second Passive Radiance provides flat 18 Summoner Spell Haste to its user. Stack it with Ionian Boots of Lucidity and Cosmic Insight, and you are gonna have a whopping 48 Summoner Spell Haste. So, Summoner Spells like Ignite and Exhaust are going to be even more effective.
Release Date
Dawncore, along with all the new items, will arrive in League of Legends in Patch 14.1, scheduled to be released in early January.
