Riot will be giving away free ward skin to celebrate the launch of Riot Forge’s upcoming game, The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story.
League of Legends has many customization options. These customization options range from profile icon changes to champion skins. Additionally, One of the minor yet noticeable personalization options is the ward skins.
Wards are deployable items in League of Legends, where once they are placed, they will remove the fog of war from that specific area and provide vision. It is an essential item in the game and is very valuable. Moreover, there are currently three types of wards: Stealth Ward, Control Ward, and Farsight Alteration. And players equip various ward skins to make them unique.
Players can purchase the ward skins from the in-game store. However, few people buy them since it is a waste of RP for most people. So Riot, most of the time, gives away ward skins as a celebration for various events. Not too long ago, they gave away the Aatrox ward for the start of season 2023. And now they will release a new ward skin for Riot Forge’s Upcoming game, The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story.
The Mageseeker is Riot Forge’s upcoming game, developed by Digital Suns. Furthermore, it is a 2d action-adventure game where you play as Sylas. In this game, you try to liberate Damacia from the tyranny of the mageseekers, an organization determined to kill every single mage. Additionally, this game will be Riot Forge’s 3rd game, and there are even more on the way, which is planned to release in 2023.

The Mageseeker Ward
In-game, this ward is called Mysterious Garment Ward. And visually, it looks very pixilated, similar to The Mageseeker’s art style. In the middle, we can see a T-shirt. That t-shirt presumably belongs to Sylas. Moreover, near that T-shirt, we can see some magical books and, most importantly, runes. In The Mageseekers, you can use runes to enhance your abilities in the game.
Release Date
The Mageseeker will be released on April 18, 2023. So the ward will be in League of Legends released during that period.
