Riot has announced new champion quests to enhance your experience mid-game.
League of Legends overall is a very interactive game. These interactions come from various taunts, animations, voice acting, and even in-game mechanics.
A lot of the time, there are also interactions between champions. Usually, these are various voiceovers when the champions interact with one another. Even though most of the time, these voices are enough to convey feelings between the champions, sometimes there needs to be more. And that more comes in the form of champion quests.
Champion quests are in-game events that happen when the two champions with a lore relationship are in the match together and on the opposing team. For example, if Rengar is on one team and Kha’Zix is on the opposing, then a champion quest will occur. If Kha’Zix wins, then he is able to evolve one extra ability. Similarly, there are other quests like that still in the game.
Recently, Riot revealed the Season 2024 spotlights video. In it, they revealed what will be coming out next season. One such addition is the champion quests.

More Champion Quests In Season 2024
As stated before, Riot mentioned in the Season 2024 spotlights video that they will be adding more champion quests in the season. Even though they didn’t specify all the champions will receive these events. However, judging from the video, we are getting Shen vs Zed and Renekton vs Nasus. Even though not confirmed, Wild Rift has an extra champion quest in the form of Ornn vs Volibear. So we can expect to receive it in the PC version as well.
If a player wins these quests, then they will get some permanent in-game buffs; however, these should be insignificant.
As for when we are getting them, we should receive them around the start of season 2024, which will come out in January 2024.
