Briar & Ivern are receiving nerfs yet again in Patch 13.24.
The League of Legends Season 13 has come to an end. With the release of Patch 13.24, we officially bid farewell to this season and move on to the next. But before we move on to Season 14, we need to discuss the changes coming to the final patch of Season 13, Patch 13.24.
Unlike most end-of-season patches, Patch 13.24 is bringing a lot of changes. First, Riot is buffing a bunch of champions in preparation for Preseason 2024. Champions like K’Sante, Leona, Lucian, and Mordekaiser are getting some buffs. We also have some nerfs in the list. Moreover, the new Ink Mage Hwei is getting released in this patch.
But most importantly, the Winterblessed skin line is returning this winter with nine brand new skins.

Patch 13.24 Nerfs
Here are all the nerfs coming in the patch,
Champion Nerfs
Briar
Briar has been getting nerfed for the last three patches in a row. Hopefully, the nerfs she is receiving this patch would be enough.
That said, it seems the nerfs to Briar in this patch are less of a nerf and more of an adjustment to her Lethality build.
- AS Ratio: .644 >>> .669 (level 1 AS unchanged)
- Armor: 32 >>> 30
- Q Damage: 60-200 >>> 60-180
- W Attack Speed: 60-120% >>> 55-115%
- E Damage Reduction: 40% >>> 35%
- R Damage: 150-450 (+75% BAD)(+110% AP) Physical >>> 150-450 (+50% BAD) (+120%AP) Magic
Ivern
Ivern has been pretty strong for a while. So, Riot is toning him down a little before the Preseason hits.
- Base health: 655 >>> 630
- E slow: 50/…/70% >>> 45/…/65%
Release Date
The aforementioned nerfs will hit live servers on Patch 13.24, which is scheduled to be released on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
