Snoopin’: Velma will receive Evidence from time to time at random places at random moves. Velma and her mates can pick it up, eventually filling up her Evidence Meter. After the meter has stacked up, Velma can summon the Mystery Machine.
Now, this Mystery Machine will look for the nearest foe. The machine will handicap the targeted enemy and push them to the edge of the map. However, foes can attack the machine to release their allies.
