Morty Smith was an ordinary schoolboy until one day, his mad-scientist grandpa Rick Sanchez showed up at their door. Since then, they have been up on a lot of adventures together. Specifically, there is only a handful where Morty actually “felt” like an adventure.

Morty can be used as a versatile fighter with various types of options in his perks. Well, safe to say you can have a good time with Morty Smith. So it is obvious that people will spend some time with this guy.

Attacks

NeutralAW GEEZ, SNAKES!
If Morty has an active GRENADE out, he will fire a laser PROJECTILE at the GRENADE, detonating it on collision. Without an active GRENADE, Morty fires a snake summoning PROJECTILE forward. After a delay, the PROJECTILE will split into two snake PROJECTILES. One snake moves upward while the other moves down. On COOLDOWN, Morty will fire a laser PROJECTILE instead. Morty can then COMBO out of these attacks to a whip attack that hits at its apex. Hitting an enemy will pull Morty towards them.

SideUNRESOLVED ANGER ISSUES
Morty pummels enemies with a COMBO of punches from Armothy, finishing by swinging a Hammer Morty.
BARBARIAN INSTINCTS
Morty delivers a COMBO of 2 axe swings, both of which can be CHARGED.
UpAW GEEZ, MORE SNAKES!
Similar to normal-neutral, except Morty fires the snake summoning laser upward, the snake PROJECTILES move horizontally, and Morty can’t COMBO into the whip.
POWER OF FIRE!
Morty uses the power of an elemental ring to hit enemies upward and IGNITE them.
DownPLUMBUS TIME!
Morty begins running his plumbus over the ground, hitting enemies and moving freely. Hold input to keep the plumbus out. The plumbus will CLEANSE allies and apply WEAKENED to enemies.
ARMOTHY ASSAULT
Morty pounds downward with Armothy.

NeutralIT’S A GRENADE, I THINK
Morty throws a GRENADE PROJECTILE. They can throw multiple until out of AMMO.

SidePOWER OF EARTH!
Morty summons an earth pillar from the ground in front of him. Morty can CHARGE to increase how far in front of him the pillar appears. Striking a GRENADE with a pillar will split it into two separate GRENADES.
ANOTHER PORTAL?
Morty receives ARMOR and peeks into a portal before hopping in. Hold input to aim where Morty will appear after hopping through the portal. The portal Morty exits from will remain, increasing the speed of allied PROJECTILES that pass by it. COOLDOWN applies, but only to the persistent exit portal.
UpUH, AUTO-PILOT?
Morty calls in the spaceship as a PLATFORM that moves upward. COOLDOWN applies.

DownTEMPORAL BACK-UP
Morty creates a save point at his position. After some time, Morty will warp back to the save point and slightly heal himself and his allies. Press input again to immediately bend back and leave a GRENADE at Morty’s position before the warp. If Morty’s ally is about to be RUNG OUT while the save point is active, they will instead warp back to Morty. COOLDOWN applies.

Sci-Fi Explosive Technology: Most of Morty’s attack includes grenades. Moreover, Morty gives out an idle grenade to his mates if they overlap. The mate who got the idle grenade will throw it in their next attack. On top of that, cooldown applies as well.

Oh That’s Still A Grenade

Take Morty to Mastery Level 10 to unlock this signature perk.

Morty’s grenades will increase in explosion radius based on their cook duration. Moreover, his mates will have the same effect whenever Morty hands out an idle grenade.

Deadshot

Take Morty to Mastery Level 11 to unlock this offensive perk.

Your mates will deal 5% extra damage while attacking with random projectiles. And for Stacked, it will increase by 10%.

Coffeezilla

Take Morty to Mastery Level 13 to unlock this utility perk.

Morty’s team will receive a 10% reduced ability cooldown duration. And for Stacked, it will reduce by 15%.

Fancy Footwork

Morty can unlock this utility perk by reaching Mastery Level 7.

Your mates will receive a 5% increase in the distance of dodging. And for Stacked, it increases to 10%.
