Bracket Stage Draw

For the draw, Tier 1 teams will play Tier 4 teams while Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams will face off against each other. There is also the rule about teams from the same region not being on the same side of the bracket.

This gives cross-regional matchups and some fun games. There is Double Elimination as well, but that will be revealed later. So here are the results of the draw.
