Modern Warfare 2: All Twitch Drops and How to Get Them

In celebration of Modern Warfare 2’s release, Infinity Ward will give away free Twitch drops to players. Here’s how to get all the Twitch drops for Modern Warfare 2.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is Infinity Ward’s premium release for this year. The game is set to be the sequel of MW (2019). The game might be the most hyped CoD title in years, with key characters returning.

Activision is known for celebrating game launches by providing players with in-game rewards through various platforms. This year won’t be an exception, as players will get free Twitch drops containing in-game items.

How to Get Twitch Drops

Active Twitch prime and Call of Duty accounts are the main things required to get the free Twitch drops. After ensuring the criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Sign up for a Call of Duty account or sign in to an existing account.
  2. Then link the CoD account to your Twitch Prime account by visiting the linking tab.
  3. Follow the steps shown after clicking on the “Link” prompt.
  4. Head over to Twitch and watch any streamer play Modern Warfare 2 with Drops enabled.
  5. Earn different free rewards based on time spent watching.

Players who watch drops enabled stream between October 28 to November 6 can claim the items after meeting the time requirements.

All MW2 Twitch Drops

There are four items for players to claim after meeting the time requirements. Here’s a complete list of all the free Twitch Rewards:

  • 15 minutes: 141 Weapon Charm
  • 30 minutes: Death’s Angel Calling Card and Emblem
  • 45 minutes: Something In My Teeth Weapon Sticker
  • 60 minutes: Watchdog 141 Weapon Blueprint
