Mass Disenchanting has finally been added to the game.

If you were to ask a League of Legends player what aspect of the game they find to be the most frustrating? After ranked teammates, they would likely answer, obtaining Blue Essence.

Blue Essence (BE) is one of the two primary forms of currencies in League of Legends, besides Riot Points (RP). It is a free-to-play currency that can be obtained by playing games or completing various missions. But by far, the most reliable way to get Blue Essence is by Leveling Up.

By Levelling Up, players can earn champion capsules and, from it, can get Champion Shards, and by disenchanting the shards, players can get Blue Essence. It is a tedious process requiring hundreds of hours of playtime to get enough Blue Essence to buy all the champions.

To add salt to the wound, Riot made disenchanting shards even more frustrating than grinding for levels. Players have to disenchant each champion shard manually. And God forbid you to have multiple champion shards saved up; it’s going to take hours to disenchant them all.

Thus, players have been asking Riot to bring a Mass Champion Disenchanting feature to the game. After years of complaining, it seems Riot has listened. In Patch 13.16, Riot has finally added Mass Disenchanting to the game.

In this article, we will take a look at this new feature and show you how to perform mass disenchantment.
