Since 2023, Riot has come up with a new way of monetizing cosmetics in League of Legends. In order to offer some very exclusive cosmetics, they created some variants of skins to offer to the big spenders. Each of them is worth $200 and was only up for grabs for a limited amount of time after it was released.
This whole system was met with strong disdain as players did not like the idea of it all. The absurd price combined with what is being offered does not exactly match up. But Riot is still going forward with that, and they have already released 3 of them so far in Dark Cosmic Erasure Jhin, Breakout: True Damage Ekko, and Divine Heavenscale Lee Sin.
However, for the last addition, Riot decided to make their own counterparts to the Legendary skins. Continuing on this trend, Riot is releasing Peacemaker High Noon Yone in Patch 14.6. As per usual with this content, the Capsule Milestones are coming once more. So, here are all the details.

Peacemaker High Noon Yone Capsule Milestones
Like all the previous Capsule Milestones, there will be 8 of them for players to complete. Milestones are reached by buying and using a certain number of High Noon 2024 Capsules. Here are the details on the Capsule.
High Noon 2024 Capsules
Each Capsule will generally give you the following reward(s):
- 3 Random Skin Shards.
- A Small Chance to get a High Noon 2024 Grab Bag
Alternatively, each capsule has a very small chance of giving you the following:
- Peacemaker High Noon Yone
- Border
- Icon

- 1 random Skin Shard worth 1350 RP or More.

When Will The Capsule Event Start
The High Noon 2024 Capsule Event is expected to start on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, and will last until Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
